Arik Air should improve on passenger care

Arik Air, Nigeria's leading local airline should look into the area of passenger care. Flying recently on the Abuja - Lagos route, it was obvious that the ground team processing passenger tickets and boarding passes were overwhelmed. They appeared not to be capable of handling the passenger volumes. The atmosphere was chaotic for lack of a better description. While the management of the airline invests in additional aircraft purchases and leases, they should also look into the area of passenger care.
